Connections
- If
you use firewall software it can be required to respond
to its prompt to grant permission when the Communicator
needs to connect to the iCONCommunicator servers.
- You
might be running an Internet Accelerator application.
These applications configure your browser and network settings
with proxy configurations that are very complex in a way
the iCONCommunicator is sometimes unable to understand.
Try disabling the software and try again to connect to the
iCONCommunicator servers.
- For
some very complex auto-proxy configurations, the iCONCommunicator
will be unable to determine the IP address of the proxy
to use. Specifying your proxy server directly in the proxy
settings of your browser will solve the problem to connect
to the iCONCommunicator servers.
- You
might not have an active connection to the Internet.
